A new book admits that a cynical misinformation campaign launched by the Jewish Telegraphic Agency against Germany was a pivotal part of plans by British Intelligence and the Soviet KGB to lure “gullible” Americans into supporting a war which they had no interest in being part of:

While ONA was designed as a straightforward news outlet, within its first year of existence the British Foreign Intelligence Agency commissioned it to produce fabricated stories. As Religion News Service reports, the goal of the assignment was to manipulate American sentiments by painting Britain as strong in the war effort and smearing Adolf Hitler and the Nazis as unhinged. Stories under the ONA masthead were designed to push the then-neutral United States to join World War II. Here’s the crazy thing: It kind of worked. Even papers like The New York Times and Washington Post ran stories based on ONA “reporting.” While these austere publications didn’t disseminate ONA’s account of Australian sharks planted in the English Channel to deter a sea invasion from Berlin, they gamely spread the ONA report that the English had devised an explosive 47 times as powerful as TNT. As RNS reports, (((Steven T. Usdin))), author of “Bureau of Spies: The Secret Connections Between Espionage and Journalism in Washington,” discovered the international plot to mislead Americans while researching a book on Washington, D.C. spy sites. It was on a visit to the National Press Club, where ONA had its offices, that Usdin discovered the outlet’s history of producing fake news. “There are times where people say that it’s appropriate or OK to compromise with some kind of ethical principle because there’s an existential threat, but it’s usually not true,” Usdin told Religion News Service. “Here, it really was. I would have done it, and I would have been proud of it.”

Using the Freedom of Information Act, Usdin obtained declassified documents that suggested that Britain’s MI6 essentially had editorial oversight of the ONA “They just threw a lot of mud, and whatever stuck on the wall, they were happy with,” Usdin said of the ONA’s writings. “I think they also thought Americans were particularly gullible.” According to Usdin, JTA’s Austrian-born founder, Jacob Landau, struck a deal with British Intelligence by which the publication provided press credentials to British spies and promulgated made-up stories in exchange for funding. Landau unsuccessfully tried to broker a similar deal with J. Edgar Hoover’s FBI in 1942. (Landau’s negotiations with the FBI appear to have fallen through in part because of Landau’s thick Austrian accent, cited by Bureau director Percy E. Foxworth in a memo to Hoover as making it “difficult to understand his exact proposition.”) Two years after Landau approached the FBI, he, JTA and ONA were put under investigation by that same agency for failing to register as foreign agents. RNS reports that the investigation may have been influenced by residual ill will between Hoover’s outfit and British Security Services, which worked closely with the FBI’s rival, the Office of Strategic Services, the agency that would become the CIA. While ONA ended up outside the good graces of the FBI, RNS reports that the outlet may have worked with the precursor to the Soviet KGB in some capacity. Exact details of that possible partnership remain slippery. “Our institutional knowledge about the specifics of these events are limited , since they took place more than 75 years ago, before most of the members of our staff and board of directors were even born,” Eden wrote. “But this much we can say: Jacob Landau and others involved in the Overseas News Agency were seeing things in Europe at the time that made them desperate to galvanize a world that seemed indifferent. This morning, January 26, 2024, the International Court of Justice held, by a vote of 15-2, that the case accusing Israel of "Genocide" in the Gaza Strip, has merit, will proceed, and Provisional measures are ordered.

The court ruled that the dispute charged by South Africa against Israel is legitimate, the case can be adjudicated by the court, the parties to the case have legal standing, the acts alleged are "capable of" qualifying under the Genocide Convention, and Provisional measures are warranted.

A majority also want the government to forbid the use of air conditioning and non-essential air travel, effectively outlawing vacations, rules that presumably won’t apply to their private jets and luxury compounds.

Multiple gun dealerships have begun being told they can no longer buy bulk orders of: .223 cal, 5.56mm, 9mm, .308 cal and 7.62mm and possibly a small amount of other calibers. WHY? I have been told there is a massive supply chain crunch going on because our military is purchasing (en mass) small arms to hand over to Israel and possibly Ukraine as well. There are TONS of backlogs on this ammo now: for average dealerships! Gun dealerships have been given notice but not average folks just yet (they may be planning to keep this from the plebs until it becomes too obvious and too late to keep buying more)!

True, but to expand wars for profit and wealth transfer governments don't mind sacrificing soldiers and officials (let alone citizenry whom they care less about) from time to time. As entertaining as it may be watching it unfold I do believe this is all planned. This is nothing but a wealth and power transfer from the West to the East. "Food Deserts" Rise In Communist-rundown Cities As Grocers Leave In Droves

The panic is palpable. Democrat controlled cities across the nation are experiencing something they might never have experienced before: Consequences for their terrible criminal prosecution policies. And, they won't like it. Not one bit.

Democrats have argued for the past couple years that crime rates are actually falling in the US compared to previous decades, but this does not seem to be represented on the streets as retailers in numerous metro areas are closing up shop after many years of operations due to increasing theft. If crime rates are falling, why are so many businesses leaving blue areas?

Boston, for example, has been bleeding retailers in recent months, with companies like Walgreens closing down four stores in the area in a single year. Residents and officials are “outraged”, arguing that these companies have a civic duty to stay and service communities in need. It's estimated that Massachusetts retailers are losing more than $2 billion per year to criminal theft. Maybe if the community stopped robbing them on a daily basis, these companies wouldn't feel the need to shut down.

The series of closures in Boston is similar to what is happening in San Francisco, with some neighborhoods slowly but surely losing nearby access to grocers. Companies have in some cases tried to hide the reason for shutting down (high crime) by suggesting that they are “improving” the area by opening land up for development, but locals know the real cause.

Conclusion – Crime is not falling at all in leftist run cities. Crime rates rely on reports and arrests. If leftist officials are making policies which discourage arrests and reporting, then crime rates go down – It's like magic.

Due to changes in the way data is being collated by the FBI during the covid years, many major cities are not actually required to provide full crime rate information until 2024-2025, and quite a few are taking advantage (at least 30%). San Francisco will not be reporting complete crime stats until 2025.

This means that when Democrats argue that crime is going down (ostensibly because of their leadership), this is based on a false and incomplete picture of the data. Lack of data, as mentioned, is also coupled with lack of arrests, lack of prosecution, and the consistent release of repeat offenders in blue cities. Lack of arrests and convictions does not mean there's less crime.

Soros DAs run several other major prosecutorial offices, including Los Angeles, Chicago, Philadelphia, Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, St. Louis, New York, Baltimore, Albuquerque, Orlando, and three urban counties in Northern Virginia. In Massachusetts, Soros-backed federal prosecutor Rachael Rollins was forced to resign after the Department of Justice’s Office of the Inspector General and the Office of Special Counsel released devastating reports outlining her serious ethical lapses and partisan political activity. It's not surprising that wherever Soros influenced DAs and prosecutors run things, food deserts seem to follow.
