Thanks. I've managed to "cast a feeling" with the associations of spirits and then things will appear and if I relax my mind, thoughts will come. Same with the guide, I called the first time and I received that "feeling", which I can now use to call it. The things it says are unexpected and plausible, which I suppose it's good.
I suppose I have to keep practicing and feel my way through it, as well as being cautious but open minded with any practical advice they give me.
